We coordinate leadership engagements in strategic areas of the world that could become “hubs” of learning that would spread across their region.

Leadership Summits:

• Conference for Emerging and Engaged Leaders (1-2 Days) for the purpose of teaching them about themselves, their style of leadership, learning how their teams are “wired”, and how to place people in the right roles.
• Next Level Leadership (1 Day) for those who have completed the first level of training. This workshop will teach them about the Culture, Vision, Mission, and Priorities of their organization. They will learn how to scale and grow their organization to the next level.

• We assemble teams of successful women to train other women in the areas of leadership and business acumen
• Resource basic needs and skills to allow them to be self-sustaining and successful

• We work with deserving and passionate entrepreneurs to develop business plans and opportunities where the greatest economic and cultural impact can be made.
• We would combine financial assistance as well as business acumen and corporate guidance from successful business owners and leaders.
