In order for a Coach to Diagnose a Team Member, you must access the Job Role and assign the appropriate assessments.
To assign assessments to a Job Role
- Select Job Roles from the Admin Menu.
- Select the edit icon next to the job role.
- Click in the Assessment field and select the applicable assessment(s) for this job role.
- Select Submit.
Tip: If a Coach reports there are no assessments for a team member, it’s usually because Assessments have not been assigned to the Team Member’s job role.
