Insights is where you can see your scores on behaviors and competencies:

1. Click My Insight.  (If you are a Coach who is also a team member wanting to view your insights, go to the My Team page, click Insight, and select yourself)
2. Click the Competencies tab.
3. Click the blue arrow to expand on Competencies and reveal behaviors that make up the Competency.
4. You can view your scores and see areas of strength and areas of opportunity for development.
