Leadership Cohort Topics:

This Cohort will focus on your Leadership Skills and Style by using the Birkman® and Personality Imprint™ Assessments. We will identify and discuss top “pain points” you are facing in leading yourself and your ministry.  We will leverage the collective wisdom and experience of the entire cohort to gain deeper insights and actions.

  • Month 8: Birkman - "Structure that Works for You" / Needing a 1st Class Ministry with a No Class Budge
  • Month 9: Birkman - "Personal Performance Indicators" / Developing Leaders
  • Month 10: Birkman - "Leading and Accepting Change"/ Kids Worship
  • Month 11: Birkman - "Decision-making Leadership" /
