Rodney Agan, Ph.D

Rodney Agan is a Culture-Shaping, People-Encouraging, Team-Building, Thought-Provoking, High-Energy Leader. He is the Founder of Connexus Group, the creator of Personality Imprint™, Launching Forward™ Leadership Academy, Team Insights™ and the author of The Journey:Personal Life Plan™. He has spent over 34 years leading growing organizations and non-profits, and has been a leader of leaders. He is a Key Note Speaker and enjoys working with Executives and Organizations to reach their full potential. Rodney and his wife Paula have been married since 1985 and have two grown children and two grandchildren.

Paula Agan

CFO Client Relations Specialist

Paula was a professional Realtor for almost 14 years and is passionate about serving others. She serves at Connexus Group in the roles of CFO and in Client Relations. Paula and her husband Rodney married in 1985, and they have two grown children and two grandchildren.

Charles Hooper, Jr MCC

COO Certification Specialist Sr. Exec. Coach/Consultant

Charles Hooper, Jr, MDiv, MCC, is an Atlanta-based Certified Executive Coach from the International Coach Federation and holds credentials as a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Trainer. He has worked with senior leaders and their organizations in a variety of industries and organizations domestically and internationally. He is happily married to Jill and has six sons. They live in Duluth, Georgia.

Lee began his professional career in the corporate world of the investment banking industry then moved to a robust family owned company of over 1,200 employees and multiple locations where he spent 20 years. During his time there Lee was part of the executive team that oversaw exponential top line growth (from approx. $20MM to over $250MM) and increased profitability. Lee is passionate about maximizing business potential. His expertise is to help CEOs and business owners become better leaders and achieve new levels of success throughout their entire organization.

Troy Shaw

TROY SHAW has spent 30 years helping businesses, leaders, and non-profits grow. He and his family have traveled the globe leading teams in humanitarian efforts. He has a strong passion for seeing leaders and organizations succeed fulfilling their passion and purpose.

Chris Colston

Chris is a business and technology consultant with over twenty years of experience in the Information Technology field. He has a passion for leading, coaching and empowering delivery teams working on strategic projects and has a proven track record building and leading high performing teams. Throughout his career he has managed programs for many Senior level project sponsors in industries including Hospitality, Financial Services; Healthcare, Services, Insurance, Publishing, Energy, Distribution, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Telecommunications, Public Sector, and Non-profits. Chris is a Connexus Certified Professional coach and has worked with Dr. Rodney Agan to develop Team Imprint Insights. He is a servant leader in the community and founder of Engagement Corner. He is happily married to Terri and has one son and daughter. He lives in Duluth GA

Dan Woltman has spent over 27 years consulting teams and organizations. Dan has also used his skills in the corporate world holding positions in corporate recruiting, human resources, and training manufacturing management for over 20 years.

Rob Stewart

Financial Consultant

Rob broke into the Financial Advisory world at a large Investment firm in Atlanta as an advisor, and later left his position there to go to a smaller investment advisory firm in West Georgia. He served as Vice President for three of his fives years there and later left to start Integrity Financial Solutions in Carrollton, GA.

Tracey Koch

Executive Coach/ Consultant

Tracey grew up on a small farm in southern Alabama where she developed her strong work ethic, discipline and servant's heart. She graduated from Troy University with a Master's in Education. She traveled the world as a military wife for 23 years while building a successful business and raising two, fun-loving, extra-ordinary children! For the past 26 years Tracey has been coaching sale professionals and business leaders to inspire and empower them to live life with intentionality and actualize their full potential as a leader. She is passionate about developing others to become the best-version-of-themselves. Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband and their two grown children, traveling, decorating and reading. She finds her true identity in being a child of God. She and her husband, Jeff live in Alabama-Roll Tide!
